This "outline proposal" defines the guiding ideology, basic principles and development direction of the scientific and technological development of the food industry in the next 10 years, focuses on the scientific and technological development of major industries, and puts forward corresponding policy measures and suggestions, aiming at promoting the strategic adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure of the food industry, and accelerating the scientific and technological progress of China's food industry to integrate with the international advanced level

I. Development and review of scientific and technological progress in China's food industry
