The two boilers were operating under low load, and the supporting facilities of the boiler's feed pump, induced draft fan and circulating water pump were too large. The boiler auxiliary equipment could not operate in the high-efficiency area, and the equipment was operating under the condition of low output and high consumption, which increased the proportion of energy consumption of the boiler itself and caused a great waste of resources. At the same time, the equipped grate deviates during operation, resulting in air leakage and coal leakage of the grate, resulting in high carbon content in ash, which seriously affects the normal combustion and operation efficiency of the boiler
